Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the return note provided in your delivery box.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
